The RAZOR SOFT string, the latest addition to the RAZOR family from TECNIFIBRE, is a very high-end string intended for players looking for exceptional feel and touch, without losing the excellent power/control ratio that provides the RAZOR CODE.

The RAZOR SOFT is Daniil MEDVEDEV's string, and has been designed to meet the needs of his game.

TYPE OF STRING: The RAZOR SOFT is a round monofilament, which will provide an excellent ratio between power and comfort, like its big brother the RAZOR CODE. It will provide exceptional precision; the novelty lies in the incredible comfort felt when typing. The addition of polyurethane to the string will give it great flexibility when striking, for increased power without loss of control.

RIGIDITY: RAZOR SOFT is a high modulus co-polyester, but gains in flexibility compared to its big brother RAZOR CODE. Polyurethane additives have been added, so that the string gains comfort when hitting and is softened. Its typing sensations are much softer and more flexible than those of the RAZOR, and the touch is improved.

TYPE OF PLAYER: This string is recommended for high level players who need better sensations than with a typical round monofilament string such as RAZOR CODE. Without losing control, the RAZOR SOFT will provide more power and comfort. It will also be more tolerant for the arm. It becomes ideal for baseline players who rely on the opponent's ball, and seek additional power and touch.

Please note, despite its relaxed structure, this string remains a rigid monofilament string, and is therefore not recommended for beginner players, young competitors as well as beginner to intermediate women, who should favor even more flexible strings.
