In case your order does not does not give you satisfaction, Mouratoglou Pro Shop gives you 30 days from from the order date to return your items. Transportation costs return will be at your expense.

The return packages on which the adress does not bare any mention of MOURATOGLOU PRO SHOP as recipient may not be delivered to the shop, as the postal adress bare a lot of different MOURATOGLOU entities (hotel, academy, boarding house). In case of litigation, if the package has not been sent to MOURATOGLOU PRO SHOP, even if the postal adress is right, the package will not be refunded and be considered lost.
RETURN TERMS The items ordered must be new with their labels and in their original packaging. Remember to protect the products well and close the package securely and follow the procedure indicated on the return slip which must be inserted into your package.
Mouratoglou Pro Shop being a physical sales entity, the products ordered may have their packaging repackaged, and some products may carry a store label, which will include the Retail price of the product, independently of the price and the offers from which the customer benefited for this purchase . The packaging of the product is not an acceptable reason for return, except in the case where the product whose packaging was done by the store team was damaged during transport.

A return slip will be sent to you at the expense of MOURATOGLOU PRO SHOP in the following cases: - Defective products, the defect of which has been validated and taken care of by the brand of the product concerned. - The product shipped does not conform to your initial request: wrong size, wrong item, item in poor condition. In the event that the product does not comply, please contact the MOURATOGLOU PRO SHOP store for validation of the return procedure. The product will be exchanged free of charge upon receipt of the incorrect product.
REFUND Refund of products is generally made within 48/72 hours. We make the refund by the original payment method. A refund made on an order paid in several installments will fall under the refund conditions of the application concerned, and any follow-up will have to be done with the service provider.
RETURNED ITEMS
Please note that any returns with items not conforming to the specifications indicated below will be refused as unfit for resale. Rackets : • The plastic of the handle must be new and without traces. • The racket must have no signs of use, no scratches, and must not have been played. Please note that a racket used once already shows identifiable signs of use. Rackets will be duly inspected upon return. For greater security, particularly with transport, you can take photos of the product before sending, for insurance in the event of a dispute. • A racket may be returned if it has been strung by the Mouratoglou Pro Shop stringing team, which will be visible at the time of ordering. A racket that has been strung after the order has been placed sent cannot be returned.
Apparel :
- Apparel must be returned with the original product label, and the packaging must be the same as it was when received. - It must not have been washed.
Shoes :
- A pair of shoes must have no trace of marking on the outsole, and no stain on the upper fabric. - The shoe must be returned in its original box, and the return label must not have been stuck on it. The box cannot be used as a return container.
Note on product packaging: MOURATOGLOU PRO SHOP being primarily a physical store, certain items could be sent to you without partner brand packaging, but packaged by the store. This packaging is considered "original packaging". In the case of a racket, please keep the bubble wrap in which it was protected.
Generally
Products accepted in return must be able to be put back for sale. Any element that prevents it from being put back on sale and is specified above will prevent the return from being processed, and therefore the exchange.
